Way to get creative with this. Knock out 2 was my favorite, I think it was super narrative and a creative shot with good use of depth of feild.
ReplyDeleteThis series is definitely very theatrical. Your use of high contrast (especially in the first photo) reinforced your idea. Also, very effective editing in the second photo!
ReplyDeleteI really like the narrative of these pictures! The lighting used in the first and the eight picture is really interesting and dynamic!
ReplyDeleteThe small narrative that accompanied these photos was well done. I love the kind of poster you made at the end too, it really sweetened the whole theme. Also, way to get creative in portraying the twin. Love the horizon line in siblings make up, reminds me of the days when I would throw done with my brother.
ReplyDeleteI like how the photos tell a story and the facial expressions really capture the feel. The different compositions work nicely throughout the series.
ReplyDeleteI loved that you used a pillow double--it makes things that much more ridiculous. The leading lines for the second photo are also nice.
ReplyDeleteGreat symmetry and contrast with the portrait of your model. I think that was the strongest photo. The leading lines and balance of your compositions also made them very successful.
ReplyDeleteThe integration of compositional elements made your shots great. I like how you put in the effort to create that fade for the twin and how you edited very nicely.
ReplyDeleteI like how you picked up the "theatricality" with very attentive and deep contrasts! "Knock out two" is very dynamic and effective with the depth of field.
ReplyDeleteyour first two photos are amazing. although i prefer the edited version of the first photo from your last, your use of harsh light created shadows that successfully brought to light your models features (cheekbones, eyebrows. i also love your second photo because it is conceptually pleasing and plays on a sense of duality. i also love the lines from the wooden bridge that lead out to the horizon.
ReplyDeleteomg, pillow twin . love. genius . amazing. You did a good job at telling the entire story with all of the varying poses and compositions. I also think it was an interesting approach in the walk out with the overlay to create a sense a motion (lowkey want to see a walkout of pillow twin too). Nice work.
