I love how you utilized different objects & textures in the foreground to manipulate the image. The first portrait works really nicely -- the little beams of light frame Rachel's face.
lol ik where this is. i love those portraits of ur model in the window they are so "fashionable" and the pattern on the window creates a sense of playfulness. good job :-)
I love the idea of something obstructing the viewer from seeing the full picture as shown in your portraits. It gives this air of mystery and adds complexity to your photos. Great work I love it!
Painting the environment and the lighting as props were very successful as elements in the compositions. The use of shallow depth of field in the earlier photos was also very nice.
Rachel is literally the qtest icon ever. The second photo is super interesting with the plant obstructing so much of the view but Rachel is still super crispy and looking babe as always. I also really appreciate that your photos feel like there’s a narrative being told with how they relate to one another but each one compositionally unique.
The use of lighting was well done, and you and Marina should tell your frined she's a wonderful model. I love the portrait behind the window. Well done.
An, your photos this week are really interesting. However I don't think they really, overtly capture the compositional elements. The image with the model behind the patterned window really works, both for contrast and pattern , and your photo with the chairs is great symmetry, but I want you to work on really making it obvious, the elements that we are looking for, I definitely think with practice you can do it!
amazing! loved the use of lights and and how you incorporated the model. The compositions are very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI love the composition of the picture of her looking through the window. The patterns and shadows are really interesting
ReplyDeleteThe use of pattern is a nice detail in images 5 and 6. They make for a dynamic composition capturing the model though the window.
ReplyDeleteI love the painted window ones. the different angles and non use at the right times really came across nicely in your photos
