  1. That umbrella is certainly lit. The second and ninth photos are probably the most successful due to the way that the umbrella stands out from the background.

  2. The third photo is really intriguing due to the texture in the foliage and how that umbrella almost blends in with the left side of the photograph. It's very cinematic but I might crop out the right side of the photo to eliminate that black shape.

  3. The first photo is really dynamic. Fromm the signs to the trees to the walking subject, it really captures the story.

  4. Truly lit. The second to last photo does an amazing job at capturing all of the aspects of this weeks shoot. The blur motion indicates movement while the umbrella speaks for itself. Thank you for letting me be your model and you being mine.

  5. idk how u make an umbrella run but ya did it! the tear in the umbrella really pushed your photos to match the prompt.

  6. Wow that umbrella really did get lit. My favorite shot is the 9th one. The left half of the background looks relatively in focus whereas the right half is blurred. It really creates for a wonky perspective/ view.

  7. I enjoyed seeing these pictures and how it played into your prompt very well. What intrigued me was the paint from the "LIT" letters painted onto the umbrella, nice touch. I like the angles you worked and how you incorporated your idea into each.

  8. Great framing of all of your photos! The blurred motion one was very successful.

  9. The personification of the umbrella with legs is so successful! I almost wish that character you created interacted with other people (maybe if you decide to continue this series). It has a certain animated quality to it.

  10. i love your third photo and i especially love the rips in the umbrella that show the viewer peaks of the already consistent texture in the photo. however the right side of the photo has a black object and does seem just a little overexposed, thus i would crop it. but overall i think you did a great job and i love how the umbrella deteriorates in the narrative you laid out for us. also that portrait of sierra is great

  11. I really enjoyed your photos with your subject only being an umbrella with legs. It just creates a really interesting an funny form that honestly needs to be real. I agree with Jenna that I think it could have been interesting to play with that character more/play with it in the future.
