The first picture is really good! The reflection makes it look like a real phone advertisement. The contrast in the seventh picture works really well! However, the burning in the fourth picture was a little too much.
ReplyDeleteThe images where the phone is isolated and in the center are the strongest. I agree with Hannah, the dodge and burn tools used are obvious and might be better when used more subtly.
ReplyDeleteThe first and eighth photos are my favorites. The first one looks like something I'd actually see at AT&T as an ad for the new iPhone. I also like how you tired to use symmetry in the second photo.
ReplyDeleteI like your use of lighting in these shots, as well as how you framed your subject. I think I agree that the dodge and burn tools are a little noticeable, but your pics are nicely lit, and I like how you tried to implement some of those compositional elements.
ReplyDeleteYour first photo is quite impressive as it feels like a new iPhone is being revealed with the lighting and composition. Your eighth photo is also very clever in this idea of virtual reality, I would just work on focusing the subject unless that was your intention.

ReplyDeleteThe symmetry in these photos make them so aesthetically pleasing. I think your edits were slightly noticeable but the concept behind the shoot and various compositional elements were well done.
ReplyDeleteawesome job!! That first photo is everything ! it looks dead straight out of some kind of listing on Wish trying to sell you an iphone and it really works for this assignment. All of the bright lights make you feel like this glamphone is gonna make our lives so happy, doing everything that an advertisement should do.
