  1. The experimentation with dramatic lighting was awesome. It helps to accentuate the face paint in certain shots, while diminishing it in others. I also really like the contrast between the darkest darks and lightest lights in these shots.

  2. DAMNNN WHO IS THAT? but for real these look great. you killed it. I was skeptical about putting acrylic paint on my face but I'd say it was worth it.

  5. Image 6 is my favorite because of the dark vignette-like shadow framing the model's powerful profile. The contrast is very successful in all of these photos!

  7. yeeeaAAssss !1 !!! love them so much. Your experimentation with face paint is super fun and compositionally really great. Just overall obsessed with all of these !!!!! especially number 2 with how it looks like the flower is growing out of her neck. They're all technically really great portraits too especially with the vignette pulling focus towards marina.

  10. I love the use of shadows in these portraits! The side view in the sixth picture is super dynamic and I really like how the lighting highlights her shoulder.

  12. Decorating the subject really helped this set stand out from the others. The strong light source also helped narrow the focus onto the subject.
