love love. My favorite is your second photo, it looks like it would make a really great print. The grayscale and lack of intense contrasts in your photos works nicely with the aesthetic that you were aiming for. Your props and costuming are also really fun and create a nice composition that makes it more interesting than ~just a portrait~.
Seeing these photos from an outside perspective really allows me to see the compositions you were planning, and the over all tone you were going for. Definitely very eerie, and certainly well delivered.
Wow I really loved these. The photo's with the TV remind me of a wes anderson film. well done.
ReplyDeleteI love these photos! The tv with the sheet looks awesome, and it’s very peculiar. Who was the photographer you based your photos off of?
ReplyDeleteI have the same question as Aimee ^^. I really appreciate your commitment to staging and props. Very fun and distinctive.
ReplyDeleteI like how the wire structures behind the model frame the composition in the first few photos, mirroring the nature of the way TV frames subjects.
ReplyDeleteI love the props of the sheet and the tv, it makes a really distinct composition. ALso, the last one is a personal fav, way to catch him off guard.
ReplyDeleteI like the props as well, it makes for a very interesting shot, and it also reminds me of your puppet show for warp lol. Great Job.
